The silver brocade belt has two dark green center stripes on the obverse, is backed in dark green wool and handwritten “90” on the leather tab. Excellent condition.

Police Officer SS Brocade Belt and Buckle

Silver brocade dress belt and buckle for an officer in the Polizei.  Buckle is aluminum with one-piece back plate, both keepers, no maker marks. The silver brocade belt has the alternating SS runes and oakleaf motif, with top and bottom borders of black stripes with silver thread centers and is backed in green fabric. Very good condition with a few moth holes to the green fabric backing towards the rear of the belt (nothing that would be viewable on display). Leather adjustment tab is pencil marked “120”.

Buckle is un-marked. The silver brocade belt has two, evenly spaced blue-grey stripes with a center red stripe and is backed in blue-grey fabric. The leather tab is emboss stamped with size “95”. Buckle excellent condition, belt very good condition.

The silver finish is worn off the high points of the wreath, providing very nice definition and detail. Both keepers are present. Buckle is un-marked. The silver brocade belt has two, evenly spaced blue-grey stripes with a center red stripe and is backed in blue-grey fabric. Approximate size 92cm. Belt excellent condition, buckle and keepers very good condition.

Both keepers are present. Buckle is maker marked “A” for Assmann. The silver brocade belt has two, evenly spaced blue-grey stripes with a center red stripe and is backed in blue-grey fabric. The leather tab is emboss stamped with size “90”. Black cardboard storage box with blue lining.  The rim around the lid is coming apart around 1/3 of the circumference, but it’s something that could be repaired by glue with some careful effort.  Very good condition.
