Polizei Visored Field Cap

Summer weight or tropical use visored field cap for use by Polizei personnel.  Cap is made of a light mottled light-green and tan cotton fabric, very similar in color and texture to that of the backing used for Luft breast eagles on the FJ jump smock (see last image in listing for close-up of fabric).  The cap has faded heavily on the top and has more coloration on the visor underside, though it is obviously still a very light color. Interior is lined in a very light-grey cotton with some heavy sweat stains to the forehead area. Insignia consists of a one-piece Police eagle/cockade, flipped upside down and sewn across the top, then flipped back over and finished along the sides and bottom.
