SS Streifendienst Gorget

Patrol service gorget for the SS in very good condition.  The shield is nickel silver and in overall great condition just showing some typical wear and spotting to the nickel surface.  The back has a dark black twill wool surface with chain attachments and a center clip marked “RZM” “140” and stamped SS runes. 140 is Wilhelm Schroder & Co. of Ludenscheid.  Includes the suspension linked chain.

Officer Boots

Tall black leather boots for wear by officers in the German armed forces.  Boots are a well-worn pair and some of the black at the calves has worn away to darker brown.  Both boots are marked on the sole  9” “3” and metal toe tip.  Height from top of heel to top of boot is approximately 44cm.  Both heels have started to crumble as a result of age.

Officer Boots

Tall black leather boots for wear by officers in the German armed forces.  Boots are good quality and in very good condition with no major issues.  Both boots are marked on the sole  48”.  Height from top of heel to top of boot is approximately 44cm.

Brown, Political Officer Boots

Tall brown leather boots for wear by officers in Political service.  Boots are in very good condition with a normal amount of wear and scuffing to the toes but no major damage.  Bottom of boots are RZM marked and stamped and have hobnails.

Officer Boots

Typically encountered tall black leather boots for wear by officers in the German armed forces.  Boots are very nice quality leather that were worn but are in excellent condition with no major issues.  One boot is marked on the sole  29” “3” and “43 ½”.  The left boot is missing one of the inside cloth pull tabs. Height from top of heel to top of boot is approximately 40cm.

Luftwaffe Officer’s Brocade Belt & Buckle

Silver brocade dress belt and buckle for an officer in the Luftwaffe.  Buckle is aluminum with gilt eagle affixed and no visible maker markings.  The silver brocade belt is backed in blue-grey stiff fabric.  Excellent to near-mint condition.  Buckle is marked “A” for the maker Assman.

Heer Officer Brocade Belt/Buckle and Aiguillette with Original Storage Box

Rarely found complete set of dress belt and shoulder cords for an officer in the Heer in the original storage box.  Belt is regulation aluminum brocade with green bands on a soft green cloth backing and the buckle is aluminum.  The officer dress aiguillette is the typical bright aluminum woven cord with slings and two ornamented ferrules.  Both are in very good to excellent condition with just some very minor soiling and housed in the original black, circular storage box with a hinged lid.

Polizei NCO Belt/Buckle

Belt & buckle set for use by enlisted men and NCO’s in the Polizei.  Buckle is later war aluminum style and is a nice, crisp stamp with lots of detail.  Brown leather belt is size stamped “90” and shows some wear but is in very good condition.

Heer Officers Brocade Belt & Buckle

Officer dress belt “feldbinde” for use with the dress uniforms by an officer in the Heer.  Belt is constructed of silver aluminum brocade with two green bands and a soft, green backing cloth.  Buckle is stamped from aluminum and marked to the maker “Assmann”.  Excellent condition.

Political Leader Belt & Buckle

Gilt buckle and brown leather belt for a Political Leader.   The gold buckle is RZM and maker-marked M4 / 39 and still has most of the gilt finish with some wear at the high points to the eagle and top of the wreath.  The wide, brown leather belt is in very good condition and is un-marked.  Belt length is approximately 93cm.

SS Skull Ring

Private purchase skull ring, likely purchased at the cantine by an SS soldier, not an officially produced item.  Nicely rendered skull surrounded by crossed bones on each side with a scroll pattern that extends around the circumference.  No maker markings or etchings on the inside.

Luftwaffe Officer’s Brocade Belt & Buckle

Silver brocade dress belt and buckle for an officer in the Luftwaffe.  Buckle is aluminum with gilt eagle affixed and no visible maker markings.  The silver brocade belt is backed in blue-grey wool and size stamped on the leather tongue.  Very good condition with just some minor wear and fraying to the brocade from where the belt was buckled and rubbed against the brocade underneath.

Black belt and buckle for an officer in the SS.  Buckle is maker-marked 36/43 OLC and shows a moderate amount of honest wear to the front.  The black belt is enlisted style and is maker-marked to “HEYDEN KOLN 1942” size stamped and has the owners name written inside.

Service Binoculars

Standard service issue binoculars made by Carl Zeiss and power marked “7 x 50”, complete with original leather case.  Both binocs and case are in very good condition with no visible issues.  Binoculars are serial numbered, maker marked “blc” and marked for lubricant code “+”.  Case is stamped “18” on back.  Binoculars have original strap still attached and in working order, case is missing the carrying strap.

Black leather belt and aluminum buckle for enlisted ranks of the German Police forces.  Standard pattern pebbled buckle as used by Police forces from 1936 until the wars end.  Leather belt is in excellent condition and maker marked “Courier” with owners initials “H.J.S.” marked in pencil on the inside.
