Heer Panzer Officer’s Visor Cap by “Holters”

If you like the best, here is a “Holters” made officer visor cap piped in a very bright pink for Panzer troops. The cap body is a very soft, high quality doeskin wool and is in excellent condition with absolutely no flaws. Insignia consists of an aluminum eagle, a hand embroidered bullion wreath with metal cockade and silver aluminum bullion chincords.  There is one small hole in the cap band at the back of the cap, which is the only exterior flaw. The interior shows some minor wear but is otherwise in great condition and still has an intact sweatshield.

Heer Infantry Officer’s Visor Cap

An almost stonemint Heer Infantry officers visor cap by the small cap-maker “Beschorner”.  The cap is a very soft, extremely high quality doeskin wool in mint condition.  Insignia consists of an aluminum eagle and hand embroidered bullion wreath with metal cockade and aluminum officers chincord and pebbled buttons. The interior is mint with a 100% clean, intact and minty sweatshield.  The cap is absolutely flawless except for a crack in the sweatband at the forehead area where some idiot pulled it down to look underneath.  There is a reason why sometimes you can’t do “under the hood” pictures!!!!

Heer Panzer Officer’s Visor Cap

Another great Panzer officer’s visor, this one by the well known maker “Clemens Wagner”. The cap body is a very fine tricot wool and is in excellent condition with absolutely no flaws.  In fact the entire exterior is mint. Insignia consists of an aluminum eagle and wreath with metal cockade and silver aluminum bullion chincords.  I would also rate the interior very high, at a near-mint as there is some very light soiling to the sweatband and you can see a slight shadow on the lining where the owners name tag used to sit.  Sweatshield is 100%.

Heer Winter Fur Cap

Vintage Heer “Pelzmutzen”, which after ’42 became rather popular on the Eastern front.  While common to find them in use after the war, it is rare to find one that still has the national eagle attached to the front (both pinned and sewn).  Cap is rabbit fur and field gray wool.  Well marked inside.  Another veteran family acquisition.
